Far from a "bird-brained" idea, evening dress long pheasant feathers are THE hot look for summer.

So it all started about a month ago. I was on a video shoot in NYC during Bridal Market Week when I met this publicist who had pheasant feathers weaved into her hair. “I love your feathers,” I gushed. “Where did you get them?”
